You will manage service delivery, coordinate planning, and ensure safety standards while aligning with client expectations.

This role requires strong leadership, CMMS proficiency, and the ability to communicate with building tenants and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a HS diploma/GED.
• At least 5 years of experience in trade, foreman, or supervision.
• Competent user of Microsoft Office applications and CMMS technology.
• Technical training and mentoring experience.
• Supervisor / leadership training and experience.
• Industrial mechanical O&M experience (Boilers, Chillers, HVAC, Plumbing, Production Equipment Maintenance).
• Valid driver license with no major infractions.
• American Citizen; ability to obtain a secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise maintenance personnel, including mechanics and technicians.
• Manage maintenance of all facility systems to ensure reliable operation.
• Ensure preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance activities are completed safely and efficiently.
• Serve as primary maintenance point of contact for technicians; prioritize, schedule, and execute work requests.
• Oversee maintenance planning and scheduling; ensure proper scoping and resourcing.
• Ensure accurate labor estimates, parts, tools, and safety requirements are included in job plans.
• Manage CMMS work orders, asset history, backlog, and metrics for continuous improvement.
• Balance planned maintenance with emergent needs to minimize downtime.
• Coordinate contractor activities with facilities team for safe integration into operations.
• Promote cross-training and knowledge sharing.
