Job summary

Vireo Health, Inc. is seeking a Facilities Supervisor to oversee operations at our New York locations. You will lead a team of technicians, schedule tasks, and ensure safe, reliable facility performance across sites with travel between locations as needed.

You will conduct inspections, manage repairs, coordinate vendors, and implement preventive maintenance plans to minimize downtime. A strong focus on safety, sanitation, and operational excellence is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Proven maintenance experience required.
• Skilled in the use of power tools.
• Ability to use common tools (hammers, hoists, saws, drills, wrenches).
• Ability to take apart machines, equipment, or devices to replace parts.
• Ability to read blueprints, repair manuals, or parts catalogs.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and supervision to facilities technicians.
• Oversee day-to-day facilities operations for safe, efficient sites.
• Perform routine inspections and ensure safety/regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate repairs and vendor management for specialized service.
• Maintain preventive maintenance schedules and inventories.
• Support capital projects and facility improvements within budgets.
• Coordinate subcontractors and ensure quality, timeline adherence.
• Promote accountability and continuous improvement within the team.
