Job summary

Vireo Health is seeking a Facilities Technician to maintain and improve the Massey Facility, with travel to MD sites including Hurlock, Massey, Frederick, and Baltimore. Responsibilities include inspections, basic repairs, and coordinating with contractors under the General Manager.

The role requires five years of facilities maintenance experience, ability to work independently or as part of a team, and adherence to sanitation standards.

Qualifications

• Five years of experience in facilities maintenance.
• Able to perform routine inspections and basic repairs.
• Comfortable working with contractors on facilities improvements.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine inspections of premises and equipment.
• Coordinate basic repairs and maintenance of facilities systems (pipes, lights, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, structural).
• Repair or coordinate repairs of facility processing equipment with vendors.
• Develop and follow preventive maintenance plans.
• Coordinate with contractors and the Real Estate team on improvements.
• Maintain inventories of spare parts and tools.
• Assist with repair estimates and facility budgets.
• Support capital projects and subcontractor coordination.
• Adhere to sanitation practices and maintain cleanliness.
