Job summary

Vireo Health is seeking a Facilities Manager to oversee operations across the Hurlock and Massey sites, with travel between locations as needed. You will lead the facilities team, schedule work, and ensure safety, reliability, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities include preventative maintenance, coordinating vendors, preparing repair estimates with Directors, and supporting capital projects. Join a fast-growing cannabis tech company that values teamwork and accountability.

Qualifications

• Proven maintenance experience.
• Able to lead facilities team and mentor technicians.
• Must be 21 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direct supervision to facilities technicians at both locations, including coaching, training, scheduling, and performance management.
• Manage day-to-day facilities operations to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable functionality of both sites.
• Conduct routine inspections of premises, equipment, and systems to identify maintenance needs and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
• Perform and/or oversee basic repairs and maintenance of facility systems (Plumbing, Electrical, HVAC, structural).
• Develop, implement, and monitor preventative maintenance plans for both locations.
• Coordinate subcontractor work and ensure quality, safety, and timelines.
• Collaborate with Corporate Real Estate for larger facility projects and budgets.
