DSV is seeking a Facilities Specialist to maintain and repair the building and equipment in a Wilmer warehouse. You will handle plumbing, carpentry, painting, mechanical, electrical, and custodial tasks while supervising maintenance activities as needed.

We seek candidates with 1+ year facilities experience, a high school diploma or GED, and forklift certification. Expect a dynamic, safety-driven environment with flexible on-call scheduling.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years in general facilities maintenance or related work.
• Able to work in warehouse temperatures year-round.

Responsabilités

• Maintain building and equipment; supervise others performing maintenance.
• Perform preventative maintenance on building and equipment systems.
• Inspect, diagnose, and repair facility equipment and systems.
• Identify safety hazards and maintain a safe work site.
• Operate equipment such as forklift, pallet jack, sweeper, and more.
• Assist in grounds maintenance as needed.
• Follow SOPs and OSHA/MSDS standards; on-call as required.
