Job summary

DSV is seeking a Facilities Supervisor to lead a maintenance team and ensure the safe, efficient condition of our warehouse facility. The role covers plumbing, carpentry, painting, mechanical, electrical, and custodial tasks, with emphasis on preventative maintenance and safety.

You will train staff, perform inspections, manage routine repairs, and coordinate with site management. A forklift certification and strong leadership are required to succeed in this fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 5+ years facilities maintenance and repair experience.
• Ability to work in warehouse temperatures within a range of seasons.

Responsibilities

• Maintain building and equipment; supervise a team of facilities specialists.
• Perform preventative maintenance and inspections.
• Repair building systems including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and custodial tasks.
• Ensure safety and OSHA compliance in all activities.
• Operate or assist with material handling equipment and maintain forklift certification.
