JCO Workforce Solutions, LLC is recruiting a hands-on Facilities Manager for a confidential client. The role combines practical maintenance with vendor coordination to keep office and operational spaces safe, organized, and ready for daily use.

The position requires five years of facilities, maintenance, or building operations experience, plus hands-on repair skills and proficiency with Outlook and Excel. OSHA 30 certification and a valid driver's license are preferred.

Qualifications

• Plan routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs.
• Coordinate services with vendors and manage service requests.
• Interpret drawings and take measurements for minor repairs and layouts.

Responsibilities

• Plan routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs.
• Troubleshoot building systems and coordinate specialized service when needed.
• Complete minor repairs, painting, patching, and hardware installation.
• Oversee outside contractors, service agreements, quotes, invoices, and maintenance requests.
• Improve workspace organization, storage, and facility layouts.
• Maintain service records and support workplace safety requirements.
• Respond to urgent facility issues and coordinate timely resolution.
