ReVive Center for Housing and Healing is seeking a Lead Custodian / Facilities Coordinator to lead custodial operations and oversee maintenance across our facilities and grounds. You will supervise staff and contractors to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for staff, clients, tenants, and visitors.

The ideal candidate is dependable, hands-on, and collaborative, with strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two or more years of custodial, maintenance, or facilities experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee custodial operations and support staff.
• Coordinate maintenance with vendors for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and safety.
• Perform routine cleaning and preventive maintenance of building systems.
• Ensure security and safety compliance and report hazards.
• Prepare spaces for occupancy and set up meeting rooms.
