Qualifications

• HVAC maintenance experience preferred.
• Experience managing vendor relationships preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform custodial cleaning and maintenance across the facility and restrooms.
• Replenish supplies, remove waste, and address upkeep needs.
• Coordinate routine repairs and maintenance with vendors and contractors.
• Maintain property and exterior areas; assist grounds and seasonal tasks.
• Support safety initiatives and document safety records.
• Communicate facility needs and completed work to management.
