Job summary

REVOLVE, a leading fashion retailer based in Cerritos, CA, is seeking a Facilities Coordinator to support the facilities team across offices, warehouses, and retail stores. You will oversee building maintenance, coordinate vendors, manage space utilization, and ensure safety and compliance across all sites.

Qualifications

• Experience in facilities management and/or operations.
• Experience with MS Word, Email, Excel and related software.
• Must be physically able to work in warehouse or distribution center conditions (warm/cold).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with landlord, property management and neighbors as needed.
• Coordinate with vendors and stakeholders on service calls, estimates and repairs.
• Conduct regular facility inspections to identify maintenance, safety concerns and other issues.
• Maintain inventory of equipment and supplies and reorder as necessary.
• Monitor budgets and expenses while recommending cost-saving measures.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to ensure OSHA compliance and safety.
• Work with Safety Coordinator to implement safety protocols and maintain records.
