• Coordinates housekeeping with other departments to minimize disruption.
• Develops work plans and schedules for cleaning and floor care.
• Supervises and may direct the work of other staff.
• Ensures compliance with safety, confidentiality, and regulatory guidelines.
• Maintains equipment and supplies; ensures facilities are clean and presentable.
• Communicates tasks and expectations clearly to staff.
• Maintains 24/7 on-call availability for custodial issues at Pavilion location.
