Job summary

REVOLVE is seeking a Facilities Coordinator in Cerritos, CA to support building maintenance, safety compliance, and space utilization across offices, warehouses, and retail stores. Qualifications

• Experience in facilities management and/or operations.
• Experience with Microsoft Word, Email, Excel and other related computer software.
• Must be physically capable of working in conditions normally associated with a warehouse or distribution center.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with landlord, property management and neighboring business when needed.
• Coordinate with vendors and stakeholders on service calls, estimates and repairs.
• Conduct regular facility inspections to identify maintenance and safety concerns.
• Maintain an inventory of equipment and supplies including reordering.
• Monitor budgets and expenses while recommending cost-saving measures.
