Russell Tobin is supporting a high-growth technology company in San Francisco, recruiting an experienced Facilities Coordinator to join its headquarters onsite. This hands-on role requires owning the behind-the-scenes operations, including building systems, HVAC, and coordinating office moves, restacks, and reconfigurations.

The ideal candidate has strong facilities experience and is comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in facilities coordination or building operations.
• Knowledge of HVAC, elevators, plumbing, lighting.
• Experience coordinating office moves/restacks/reconfigurations.
• Experience supervising vendors and service partners.
• Comfortable onsite in San Francisco and able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage vendors for day-to-day office operations and maintenance.
• Maintain a safe, functional, comfortable, and well-supported workplace environment.
• Respond to facilities requests via internal ticketing system.
• Troubleshoot HVAC, elevator, plumbing, lighting and other building-related issues.
• Lead office moves, restacks, and reconfigurations from planning through execution.
• Own HVAC program for SF locations and coordinate with vendors.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth move logistics.
• Set up furniture configurations for onsite meetings and events.
• Maintain SOPs and facilities documentation.
• Partner with People Ops, Security, vendors, and other teams.
• Manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
