Job summary

Eastridge Workforce Solutions is seeking a Facilities Coordinator in San Francisco, CA to support our client’s office operations. This temporary role runs about 6 months with the possibility of extension or conversion; typical hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, with overtime and weekend work during moves.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of facilities coordination and building operations experience.
• Knowledge of HVAC, elevators, plumbing, and lighting; able to supervise maintenance.
• Experience coordinating office moves or reconfigurations.
• Service-minded, solution-focused; willing to roll up sleeves on tasks big and small.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills; multitasking ability.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Experience at a tech company or startup preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage vendors for day-to-day building operations.
• Respond to internal ticketing system within SLAs; address facility issues and perform minor repairs.
• Own the HVAC program (preventive maintenance; larger projects; vendor relationships).
• Own office moves, restacks and reconfigurations from seat plan through move day.
• Manage competing priorities; set up furniture for onsite meetings/events; workstation setups.
• Help maintain SOPs and office culture; partner with People Operations, Security and vendors.
