Job summary

Qualifications

• High School or Vocational Diploma required or equivalent experience.
• Experience in building management/maintenance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Cleans assigned school facilities to maintain a sanitary, safe environment.
• Oversees minor maintenance work performed by custodial staff.
• Maintains records relating to employees' time, performance and overtime.
• Reports building needs and conditions to principals and custodians.
