• Food Cooking and Serving Responsibilities (25%): plans menus, cooks and prepares foods and beverages; ensures timely meal preparation; serves meals and assists special dietary needs.
• Kitchen Cleaning Responsibilities (25%): cleans tables, utensils and appliances; maintains kitchen cleanliness and food safety; stocks foods and supplies; stores and handles food properly.
