Job summary

Interactive Brokers is seeking a dedicated Facilities Coordinator for its Greenwich, CT offices. The role collaborates with Facilities, HR, and IT to ensure smooth operation of building services, workstation setup, and technology needs for new hires.

Key duties include space management, equipment maintenance, and basic IT support, with weekly/monthly management reporting. This on-site position emphasizes hands-on problem-solving and reliable teamwork.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional level experience.
• 2+ years of experience in facilities maintenance or related functions.
• Knowledge of basic IT systems.
• Ability to communicate with all levels of staff.
• Must be able to lift at least 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Support onboarding process for Facilities & IT.
• Support space management system for office.
• Support core building systems (HVAC, lighting, plumbing, electrical).
• Maintain printers, scanners, shredders.
• MAC Work: Moves, Adds, & Changes to employee workstations.
• Inventory management of IT ancillary hardware and building materials.
• Basic IT end user support.
• Conduct weekly/monthly reports for Management.
