Interactive Brokers Group, Inc. seeks a Technical Operations professional in Greenwich, CT, to support and monitor our global brokerage platform 24/7.

The role combines on-site work with one remote day per week, emphasizing issue analysis, triage, and collaboration with software development and infrastructure teams. You will manage and escalate operational issues, support multiple teams, and help develop monitoring tools.

Qualifications

• Fluent English and strong written/spoken communication.
• Bachelor's degree in a financial or technical discipline.
• Working knowledge of computing and networking concepts.
• Experience with Linux operating systems.
• Ability to analyze and solve problems quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work weekends and various shifts.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the health of applications, networks, and systems supporting the global brokerage system.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, escalation and resolve brokerage system operational issues.
• Participate in Post-Incident reviews with multiple teams.
• Provide internal 2nd-level technical support to various teams.
• Monitor batch scheduled jobs and troubleshoot delays or failures.
• Develop and refine process monitoring tools and workflows.
• Serve as the primary escalation point for brokerage system technical issues.
• Investigate and triage real-time trade issues with internal and external parties.
