Job summary

Advocate Health is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician in Wisconsin to perform maintenance on building systems and equipment with CMMS documentation. The role includes on-call rotation and 40-hour weeks, with a pay range of $26.55–$39.85 per hour.

Responsibilities cover preventive maintenance of plumbing, medical gas, fire alarm, HVAC and electrical systems, plus emergency response and basic repairs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Basic computer skills with CMMS and Microsoft Office.
• Good written and verbal communication; able to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Performs facility and equipment maintenance following codes and uses CMMS for documentation.
• Conducts preventive maintenance on plumbing, medical gas, fire alarm, HVAC and electrical systems.
• Responds to emergencies (leaks, floods, power outages, equipment failures) and coordinates repairs.
• Reads blueprints/Life Safety drawings to complete assignments.
