Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform ongoing preventive and repair work on mechanical and electrical systems.
• Maintain, operate, and repair all HVAC/R systems and associated equipment.
• Conduct facility inspections and report conditions impacting operations.
• Utilize CMMS systems for work performed and update statuses in real time.
