Job summary

Boddie-Noell Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a Facilities Management Service Technician to maintain restaurant and building equipment and train staff on proper use and maintenance. Work across multiple sites in North Carolina, with 24/7 on-call readiness.

Qualifications

• Must have EPA Type I & II certification (Universal EPA preferred).
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Minimum 2 years of service/repair experience.
• Refrigeration experience is a plus.
• Commercial restaurant equipment repair experience is a plus.
• Good references and ability to pass background check.

Responsibilities

• Repair equipment and facility items to company standards across restaurant and building systems.
• Maintain truck stock inventory and document items used for repairs.
• Inspect and secure tools and on-site supplies; log repairs and parts data.
• Respond to staffing shortages, emergencies, and new equipment rollouts.
• Operate and maintain company van; communicate with senior tech as needed.
