Job summary

Boddie-Noell Enterprises, Inc. is hiring a Facilities Management Service Technician to maintain restaurant and building equipment and train staff on proper usage. The role involves troubleshooting, repairing, and replacing equipment, as well as managing inventory and documenting service activities.

Key requirements include EPA Type I/II certification, a valid driver's license, and a minimum of two years in service/repair work. Benefits and 24/7 response are provided.

Qualifications

• Must have a Valid driver’s license.
• Type I & II EPA required (Universal EPA Preferred).
• Minimum of 2 years of Service/Repair Experience required
• Refrigeration Experience is a plus
• Commercial Restaurant Equipment Repair Experience a plus
• Good references
• Ability to pass background check and drug screen

Responsibilities

• Repair restaurant and building equipment to company standards.
• Inspect, maintain, and repair equipment and systems.
• Log calls, time, and repairs using laptop/handheld computer.
• Assist in staffing shortages, new equipment rollouts, emergencies, and training.
• Maintain tools, inventory, and on-site security of equipment and materials.
• Complete all administrative duties accurately and timely.
• Respond to calls 24/7 and ensure minimal downtime.
• Coordinate with Senior Service Tech as needed.
