Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and minor repairs on HVAC/R systems.
• Prepare scopes of work for updates and assist with capital expenditure lists.
• Submit documentation and log records to leadership in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with management and partners to identify priorities and deadlines.
• Ensure OSHA/EPA compliance and safety policies are followed.
