Job summary

Walmart is seeking a licensed Manager/HVAC professional in Facilities Maintenance Operations to oversee predictive and preventive maintenance of facilities in a regional area. You will lead technicians, ensure safe and efficient buildings, and work with store managers and leadership.

Qualifications

• General Facilities Services / Building Maintenance experience (3–5 years)
• Electrical, plumbing, and/or mechanical experience
• Leadership skills: able to lead, motivate and develop others
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Root cause and breakdown analysis experience
• EPA Universal Certification
• PMP Certification
• Lean Six Sigma

Responsibilities

• Travel approximately 50% or more within the region and maintain Mechanical Contractor Licenses in the state of employment
• Collaborate with Store Managers and Facility Services Leadership on facility services needs
• Coordinate with various vendors and contractors as needed
• Provide reporting and analytics on facilities performance
• Maintain up-to-date contractor licenses to stay in good standing
• Participate in training to ensure compliance with latest regulatory requirements and inspections
• Obtain and secure necessary permits and schedule inspections as required
