Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline with 5 years' practice experience, or 9 years' related experience in lieu of degree.
• Valid driver's license may be required.

Responsibilities

• Drive local market growth plan for Facilities Engineering Services in Jacksonville.
• Lead sourcing, recruiting, onboarding, and development of the engineering team.
• Oversee proposals, scope, pricing, and client presentations for local opportunities.
• Monitor backlog, revenue, and client relationships; adjust strategy as needed.
• Represent the department with internal and external stakeholders and coordinate with regional resources.
• Establish scalable workflows for opportunity tracking, project delivery, and risk management.
