Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of maintenance, repairs and building systems.
• Experience in carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, painting, HVAC or grounds maintenance is a plus.
• Valid driver's license, safe driving record and current auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on facilities and agency vehicles.
• Assist with carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, HVAC and general repair projects; maintain agency grounds.
• Perform snow removal and ice melt application in winter.
• Complete vehicle inspections and report repair needs.
• Help keep facilities safe, clean and in good condition.
• Track maintenance activities and equipment records.
