We are looking for team members in the following regions:
One full-time employee for ourKansas City region
Treat residents, visitors, and team members with respect and dignity.
Report to work on time and as scheduled.
Be able to perform items including but not limited to rough & finish carpentry, siding/gutter work, drywall & patching,
interior/exterior painting, flooring & tiling, cabinetry & countertops, minor plumbing/electrical.
Facility grounds must be maintained in an orderly fashion, free from hazards, debris and clutter. Sidewalks and drives must be free
from snow, ice, leaves and in good repair.
Assures 24-hour availability of service for maintenance emergencies.
