Qualifications

• Must be 20 years of age or older.
• Minimum of two years' experience in vehicle and property maintenance.
• Basic knowledge of standard tools and practices across trades.
• Knowledge of occupational hazards and safety precautions.
• Ability to use computers or mobile devices to input, access, modify, or output information.
• Safe driving record and must obtain a Class E Driver's License during new hire orientation.
• Must carry minimum auto insurance coverage as required by law.
• Seasonal flu vaccination is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in routine preventative maintenance and facility upkeep.
• Repair and replace furniture and home equipment as needed.
• Perform routine plumbing work such as fixing leaks and replacing faucets.
• Perform routine electrical work and limited repairs of electrical systems.
• Maintain lawns and operate lawn equipment and tractors.
• Conduct minor painting, gutter cleaning and water removal as needed.
• Move furniture, boxes and supplies and assist with heavy objects.
• Keep records and close work orders upon completion.
• Maintain agency vehicles and assist with transportation when required.
