Maintenance Worker

As a Maintenance Worker, you help ensure that Arrowhead West's facilities, vehicles, and grounds remain safe, functional, and welcoming for the individuals and employees we serve.

What You Get To Do

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on facilities and agency vehicles.
• Assist with carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, HVAC, and general repair projects. Maintain agency grounds through mowing, trimming, debris removal, and seasonal upkeep.
• Perform snow removal and ice melt application during winter weather.
• Complete vehicle inspections and report repair needs.
• Help keep facilities clean, safe, and in excellent working condition.
• Track maintenance activities and equipment records as assigned.
