Job summary

Arrowhead West, Inc. seeks a Maintenance Worker to join the Mid-Kansas Division serving Pratt and Medicine Lodge.

You will perform routine maintenance and repairs on facilities and agency vehicles, support carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, HVAC, and grounds tasks to keep environments safe and welcoming. You will work independently within a supportive team, handle snow removal in winter, inspect vehicles, and help maintain records.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of maintenance, repairs and building systems.
• Experience in carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, painting, HVAC or grounds maintenance is a plus.
• Valid driver's license and safe driving record.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on facilities and agency vehicles.
• Assist with carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, HVAC and general repair projects; maintain grounds.
• Perform snow removal and ice melt application during winter.
• Complete vehicle inspections and report repair needs.
• Help keep facilities clean, safe and in good condition.
• Track maintenance activities and equipment records as assigned.

Maintenance Worker

As a Maintenance Worker, you help ensure that Arrowhead West's facilities, vehicles, and grounds remain safe, functional, and welcoming for the individuals and employees we serve.

What You Get To Do

What You Need
