Job summary

Cafaro is seeking motivated, self-driven individuals to join our Kentucky Oaks Mall maintenance team in Paducah. You will perform a variety of maintenance, housekeeping, and janitorial duties to keep common areas clean, safe, and well-maintained for guests and staff.

The role includes landscape work, painting, restroom sanitation, snow removal, repairs, lighting maintenance, and seasonal tasks. Join a team that values safety, initiative, and a positive, can-do attitude.

Responsibilities

• Landscape interior and exterior areas, including grass cutting and trimming.
• Perform painting tasks, touch-ups or full repaints as needed.
• Clean and maintain public restrooms and restock supplies.
• Shovel snow and ice from walkways, apply melting agents as required.
• Carry out repairs (roof, plumbing, electrical) and related tasks.
• Replace light bulbs, lenses and ceiling tiles to keep interiors well-lit.
• Assist with seasonal tasks such as décor setup and weather preparations.
