Responsibilities

• Landscape interior and exterior areas including lawn care and trimming.
• Paint tasks and touch-ups to maintain a fresh appearance.
• Clean and restock public restrooms; ensure sanitation.
• Shovel snow and apply de-icing agents to walkways and entrances.
• Perform repairs (roof, plumbing, electrical) as directed.
• Replace bulbs, lenses, and ceiling tiles for proper lighting.
• Assist with seasonal decor and weather-related readiness.
