Job summary

Cafaro's Grand Central Mall in Vienna, WV is seeking motivated maintenance team members to perform cleaning, repairs, landscaping, and safety-focused duties. You will help ensure the mall remains clean, safe, and well-maintained for guests and staff.

You will work with a team to keep common areas tidy, restrooms stocked, and facilities in good repair, with opportunities for seasonal decor and proactive safety initiatives.

Qualifications

• Follow safety guidelines and protocols at all times.
• Demonstrate cooperative attitude with supervision and teammates.
• Participate in safety training and report hazards promptly.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.
• Keep workspace clean and organized, store tools properly.

Responsibilities

• Landscape interior and exterior areas, including lawn care and trimming.
• Perform painting tasks, touch-ups, and full repaints as needed.
• Clean and maintain public restrooms, ensuring sanitation and restocking.
• Shovel and remove snow/ice from walkways and entrances, apply de-icers.
• Execute repairs including roof, plumbing, electrical as directed.
• Replace bulbs, lenses, and ceiling tiles for proper lighting.
• Assist with seasonal tasks such as decor setup and weather prep.
