Job summary

Responsibilities

• Perform minor repairs and day-to-day maintenance on buildings, equipment, lawn, and grounds as directed.
• Keep work areas clean, safe, and free of obstructions.
• Participate in disasters and fire drills as needed.
• Follow safety rules and regulations.
• Assist with hanging bulletin boards and room items as required.
• Report incidents or accidents promptly.
