• Perform minor repairs and routine maintenance of the building, equipment, lawn, and grounds as directed.
• Keep work areas clean, safe, and free of obstruction.
• Participate in emergencies, disasters, and drills as needed.
• Follow all safety rules and regulations.
• Hang bulletin boards, pictures, and items in residents' rooms and common areas.
• Report incidents and accidents to the Maintenance Supervisor promptly.
• Prior experience welcome but not required; ability to perform duties safely.
• Maintain regular attendance and reliability.
• Ability to work weekends and overtime as required.
• Communicate effectively in writing and orally for healthcare/office settings.
• Problem-solve and adapt to changing tasks.
