• Must be able to perform routine repairs and preventative maintenance as directed.

Responsibilities

• Perform minor repairs and day-to-day maintenance of building, equipment, lawn, and grounds.
• Keep work areas clean, safe, and free of obstructions.
• Participate in disasters and fire drills as needed.
• Follow all safety rules and regulations.
• Hang bulletin boards, pictures, and items in residents' rooms and common areas.
• Report incidents to Maintenance Supervisor promptly.
• May perform floor care as needed.
• Maintain regular attendance and be able to work weekends and overtime.
