Job summary

Guest Services, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead a small team in landscaping, grounds keeping, and maintenance/repair of multiple mechanical systems.

The role includes inspecting facilities, responding to emergencies, and maintaining logs of upkeep and safety compliance. The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of maintenance experience with strong electrical/plumbing knowledge and a valid boating license; a high school diploma or trade certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or Trade School Certification preferred.
• Boating License is required.
• 1–2 years of maintenance experience with strong electrical/plumbing knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead a small maintenance team in landscaping/grounds keeping and gear repair.
• Conduct scheduled inspections of buildings, docks and equipment.
• Respond to safety/security issues and facility emergencies.
• Maintain records of cleaning, maintenance, and hazardous material disposal.
