Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead a small maintenance team and perform landscaping/grounds keeping.
• Inspect designated buildings, docks and equipment; repair malfunctions.
• Respond to emergencies and safety/quality issues.
• Maintain records of maintenance, weed spraying, and disposals.
• Interact professionally with clients, guests, and vendors.
• Notify Manager of unusual events or safety concerns.
