The role requires 1–2 years of maintenance experience, boating license, and strong technical knowledge in electrical or plumbing. You will ensure safe operations and provide exceptional customer service to guests and staff.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or trade certification preferred.
• Boating license is required.
• 1–2 years of maintenance experience.
• Strong technical knowledge in electrical and/or plumbing.

Responsibilities

• Lead a small maintenance team and perform landscaping, grounds keeping, and equipment maintenance.
• Conduct scheduled inspections of buildings, docks, and equipment; repair malfunctions.
• Respond to emergency facility, dock, and crane issues promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness and grounds including mowing, trash pickup, weed control.
• Keep records of cleaning, maintenance schedules, weed spraying, and hazardous waste disposal.
• Represent the company professionally with clients, guests, staff, and vendors.
• Adhere to safety standards and report issues to management.
