Job summary

Responsibilities

• Receive direction from the Unit Manager and assist in maintenance and repair of the unit’s operations.
• Conduct scheduled inspections of buildings, docks and equipment; repair malfunctions.
• Respond to emergencies and address safety/security issues.
• Perform landscaping and grounds keeping: lawn mowing, trash pickup, weed control, tree trimming, edging sidewalks.
