Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of district buildings and grounds, ensuring systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing) are well maintained.
• Supervise custodial staff and facilities personnel; provide training and performance feedback.
• Coordinate with contractors and vendors for repairs, renovations, and new construction projects.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs and safety procedures.
• Monitor budget, track expenses, review quotes, and ensure cost-effectiveness.
