Job summary

You will manage budgeting, safety programs, and technology integration while coordinating with district administrators and outside contractors to deliver high-quality facility operations.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of facilities operations experience in K-12 or similar public sector.
• Experience managing custodial, grounds, and maintenance teams.
• Knowledge of OSHA and safety/compliance practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise custodial, electronics, grounds, and maintenance teams district-wide.
• Develop and manage preventative maintenance schedules for facilities and systems.
