Job summary

Goodwill of Central & Southern Indiana is seeking a Janitorial Team Leader for the Indianapolis area. The role supervises a team of 4–7 janitors, organizes daily tasks across offices, courtrooms, lobbies and restrooms, and conducts daily inspections to ensure high cleanliness standards.

You will coach staff, communicate with site supervision and customers, ensure safety protocols, and support government contracts in the Commercial Services division.

Qualifications
