Job summary
Goodwill Legacy Group seeks a Facilities & Grounds Technician to maintain buildings and grounds in southern Indiana, based in Columbus. The role involves traveling to multiple sites, performing carpentry, plumbing, painting, and basic electrical work, and documenting activities in the CMMS.

Qualifications
- Carpentry and hardware installation proficiency.
- Strong communication and customer-service orientation.
- Ability to read technical manuals and follow safety procedures.
- Experience with CMMS or maintenance work-orders is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoots, repairs, and maintains facility and grounds across all locations.
- Travels to off-site sites to perform grounds care, painting, carpentry, plumbing, basic electrical, and furniture moves.
- Updates work orders and PM checklists in CMMS.
- collaborates with management, clients, and contractors to schedule repairs and ensure safety.
