Responsibilities

• Provides excellent customer service to homeowners, residents, and staff.
• Reports to Property Manager and Board of Directors.
• Cares for buildings and grounds for the community.
• Monitors contractors to ensure policy compliance and safe work practices.
• Conducts daily exterior inspections for maintenance and janitorial needs.
• Performs basic maintenance tasks (e.g., switches, door hardware, lightbulbs).
• Reports major damages to management and may oversee repairs.
• Occasionally handles seasonal tasks (e.g., snow removal).
• Follows safety procedures and maintains MSDS records.
