Step One Automotive Group in Fort Walton Beach, FL seeks a full-time Maintenance Technician to perform routine maintenance on equipment, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and building systems.

You will handle custodial tasks, operate power tools, inspect safety, and support other maintenance staff. Requires a high school diploma or GED, ability to lift up to 30 pounds, and pass background checks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3–6 months related experience or training preferred.
• Must pass background check, drug screening, and Motor Vehicle Report.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance on equipment and determine maintenance needs.
• Replace light bulbs and perform electrical work.
• Handle plumbing tasks (sinks, toilets, etc).
• Conduct minor HVAC repair and maintenance.
• Perform electrical maintenance and repairs to equipment.
• Operate maintenance tools and perform custodial tasks as needed.
• Monitor supplies and maintain a professional appearance.
• Assist other maintenance staff with repairs and tasks.
