Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid driver's license with satisfactory driving record.
• DMV background check may be required as a condition of employment.
• Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and groundskeeping equipment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain lawns, shrubs, flowers, and landscaped areas; mow, trim, edge, weed, and debris removal.
• Perform building maintenance and minor repairs to facilities and equipment.
• Assist with set up and break down for meetings and campus events.
• Respond to maintenance requests and assist custodial staff as needed.
• Drive company vehicles to transport equipment and materials when required.
