Job summary

HES is seeking a Groundskeeping Associate to maintain university campuses and outdoor spaces. You will operate mowers, small machinery, and perform seasonal tasks while ensuring safety and schedule adherence.

Responsibilities include lawn care, planting, snow removal, and upkeep of sidewalks, planters, and fountains. The role requires reliability, occasional night/weekend effort, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High school degree preferred.
• Driver's license required.
• Must pass background and MVR check.

Responsibilities

• Operate powered landscaping equipment (mowers, tractors, snow blowers).
• Shovel snow and spread salt on walkways and parking areas.
• Care for lawns with mulching, aerating, weeding, edging, and seeding.
• Plant, prune, and replace shrubs and flowers as needed.
