Qualifications

• Basic carpentry repairs and related tools knowledge.
• Ability to learn new techniques.
• Proficient with computer software used in department.
• Strong communication with coworkers and leadership.
• Ability to interpret instructions in written, oral, or diagram form.
• Excellent time management and organization.
• Minimum 21 years of age.
• Flexible to work all shifts including holidays, nights, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Maintain records, inventory equipment, and replacement parts.
• Repair property equipment, guest rooms, and building systems to ensure proper operation.
• Maintain optimum operating conditions for guest rooms and department equipment.
• Coordinate with other shifts to minimize downtime on projects.
• Respond to accidents and emergency calls as required.
• Act as a maintenance representative for the Property Operations department.
• Record work requests daily using CMMS HotSoS.
• Other duties as assigned within scope.
