Golden Pahrump Nugget, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Engineer to keep our property running safely and efficiently across guest rooms, restaurants, casino floors, and other facilities. You will perform troubleshooting, repairs, installations, and preventative maintenance with attention to quality and compliance.

Qualifications include 5 years of hotel or facility maintenance, strong communication, teamwork, and relevant certifications in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, or related trades.

Qualifications

• Min 5 years hotel or facility maintenance experience.
• Ability to follow instructions in a fast-paced environment.

• Certifications in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, or related trades.
• Southern Nevada pool certification preferred.
• 5 years of plumbing experience preferred.
• Proven high-quality guest service.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely and courteous guest service consistent with the company's guest service culture.
• Diagnose and perform repairs on equipment and systems across guest rooms, public spaces, restaurants, casino, and back-of-house areas.
• Perform preventative maintenance on electrical, mechanical, plumbing, lighting, kitchen, and HVAC systems.
• Complete minor cosmetic repairs and installations for furniture, fixtures, and equipment.
• Assist in shift turnover by communicating pending work orders and unresolved maintenance issues.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable gaming laws and company controls, policies and procedures.
• Provide outstanding guest service to guests and team members.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
